Anjali and Sishir moved to Houston in the Summer of 2021. The two of them were embarking on new career adventures in a city they didn’t know a soul in. Sparks flew from the moment they met. They bonded on shared morals and beliefs, passion projects, and analyzing the world and their existence. On their first date, they talked so long that they shut down the restaurant and then continued to talk on a park bench for another two hours. They continued to close down every restaurant on every date. Legend has it that they are now required to make restaurant reservations ten hours before closing.
