Thank you so much for attending and celebrating this special day with us your presence truly means the world. The venue doors will open up to one hour before the ceremony for anyone who would like extra time to arrive, settle in, explore the grounds, or take photos. Please also keep the following in mind: • The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so early arrival is encouraged. • On site parking is available. Carpooling is appreciated. • This is an adult only celebration unless noted otherwise. • Evenings in Vallejo can be cool, so bringing a light layer is recommended. • Our wedding palette is moody wine tones. Guests are welcome (but not required) to dress within similar colors if they’d like to match the aesthetic. • For any questions, please check our FAQ’s page first, most details should already be answered there.
Ceremony

Thank you for being part of this moment with us! We are so grateful to have you witness our vows. • The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. • Guests are welcome to arrive up to one hour early to get settled, enjoy the scenery, and find their seats. • Please silence your phones before the ceremony begins. • Our ceremony will be unplugged, meaning no photos or videos during the vows. Our photographer will capture everything for us! • Seating is first come, first served. • The ceremony may include a brief walk on outdoor pathways, choose comfortable dress shoes.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony. Please enjoy a selection of drinks and light appetizers, including a fresh fruit board and mini shrimp tostadas, while the wedding party takes photos. Additional details: • Cocktail hour is held on site, no need to move your car. • Bars will be open, please bring valid ID if you plan to drink. • Seating is limited during cocktail hour, but the area is fully walkable and guest friendly. • Reception festivities and dinner will begin as soon as cocktail hour concludes. • Guests are welcome to take photos during this time!
Reception
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

After cocktail hour, please make your way to the reception area where dinner, drinks, and dancing will begin. Here’s what to expect: • Please find your assigned seat or table card upon entering the reception area. • Dinner will be served shortly after everyone is seated. • Entrée selections include herb crusted beef tenderloin or five cheese tortellini (plus salads, bread, and mashed potatoes). • After dinner, enjoy speeches, dessert, and dancing. • If you capture any photos or videos during the night, share them on the QR code at your table!
