Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Everyone is welcome to join us Friday night, April 11th, for a welcome party at Grove Roots Brewing Company at 5:30 pm. Food and drinks will be provided. Please RSVP in advance if you will be joining us.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided to those staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Winter Haven.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a self park lot at the Bella Cosa Estate for anyone driving.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the accommodation tab for the hotel block. There are plenty of other hotels and AirBnbs in the area for larger parties.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please reach out to Jack or Marisa and let them know if you have any serious allergies, we would love to accommodate you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:45 as the ceremony starts at 4:00 pm.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

The entire event will take place outdoors. You will have access to indoor restrooms.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a "plus one" they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
