Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
There will be two shuttles taking guests from the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn to the venue. The first shuttles will depart at 3:30pm. The second shuttles will depart at 4:10pm. Ceremony starts in the Pavilion at 4:30pm Cocktail hour to follow in the Mountain View Room and Outdoor Deck (weather permitting) Reception will be in the Lake View Room from 6-10pm Shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30pm, 10:00pm, and 10:15pm and will make stops at both hotels, so do not worry about having to get on the "right" shuttle! After party will follow the reception and will be held in the lobby of the Hampton Inn & Suites. There is no hotel bar, but the hotel is BYO for drinks and food. Some beer, wine, and snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring whatever you would like to keep the party going!
