Shelby and I met in 2016 when she "crashed" a date I was on with one of her friends. That guy didn't last but we sure have. Shelby and I have remained close through MANY moves, life changes, and life events. I could not imagine my life without Shelby and of course, her wonderful kids. I love being "Auntie Kay." It's hard to believe I was in her wedding 5 years ago and met Cole when he was 6ish weeks old and now here we are at my wedding and she will be holding my baby soon. Our friendship is the true definition of making time for each other and being willing to meet the other where they are at. What a beautiful blessing it is to have a friend like her.
Julia (Colman) Hultgren

Julia and I have been friends since 6th grade in Mrs. Arnold's advanced math class. Not to brag or anything, but I was the first person to ever get Julia in trouble. We used to wear our matching justice brand softball shirts and didn't know it then but would become "twinnies" being the 1-2 combo pitcher punch in high school softball. Throughout the years we've gone from long phone calls discussing math homework to weekends at UT round up, to now each other's weddings. It's crazy to think how much we've grown up and gone through together. Almost 20 years of friendship down and a lifetime to go!
Alicia Smith

When I moved into my house on Granger Patch in late 2016 I had no idea my neighbor would end up being such a huge part of my life. Alicia noticed I had packages delivered before I had fully moved in and put them in her garage for me. Once I moved in I brought over a bottle of wine to thank the Smith's and the rest is history! MANY MANY MANY nights spent at the kitchen table talking life and drinking wine led to a beautiful friendship. Too bad we never got those "block captain" jackets! Thankful for this "neighbz" for being a wonderful human, friend, and someone I can always count on.
Lindi Todd

Linda is my Zister from another mister. I met Lindi when I lived in Kansas City and we hit it off pretty much instantly. She knew I would up her cool factor :P. Lindi made sure KC felt like home and even adopted me for Easter that years when I couldn't make it home. Lindi and I have shared some hysterical memories, gone through some crazy stuff, and most of all always know the other is only a phone call away.

Sam is the definition of a work bestie turned ride or die. We were the last 2 standing after a lay off at our workplace and worked a scheduled that was NOT for the faint of heart. We bonded over our Friday late afternoon calls that we poured wine and talked about our weeks, our weekends, and life in general. She fit in perfectly with the "pack" on my birthday weekend in Texas and is now stuck being a life long friend. Let's make sure we show this Wisconsin girl a good Texas time!
