Yes! At the time of reservation, a deposit of $75.00 per person applies, plus a $5.75 convenience fee. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your remaining balance and monthly installment payment schedule.
Yes. installment payment plans are available, allowing you to secure your reservation with a deposit and make payments over time leading up to the final due date.
Yes. Rates are based on double occupancy, meaning two guests per room. If you are traveling with a roommate, both parties are responsible for payments. If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest will be responsible for the single occupancy rate to maintain the reservation.
You may request a roommate; however, roommate matching is not guaranteed. If a roommate is not secured, the reservation will default to a single occupancy rate.
Yes. Guests have the flexibility to select travel dates that best fit their schedule and may extend their stay based on availability and pricing at the time of booking.
Optional excursions and curated experiences will be available for booking closer to the travel date. These are not included in the package price but will enhance your overall experience in Cartagena.
Wedding attire details, including dress code and color palette, will be shared closer to the event date to ensure a cohesive and elevated celebration.
Your reservation is confirmed once your deposit is submitted. Availability is limited, and rates are subject to change, so we encourage booking early.
Due to contractual agreements with our travel partners and vendors, all payments made toward this experience are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. We strongly encourage every guest to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect their investment. Travel insurance may provide coverage for unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other eligible circumstances. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@myroyalescapade.com. Rates are based on double occupancy. In the event that a guest’s roommate cancels for any reason, the remaining guest will be responsible for the applicable single occupancy rate. This difference will be added to the existing invoice and must be paid in order to maintain the reservation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.
