FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th, 2026

Question

How do you expect me to get ready for a wedding in a tent or RV!?

Answer

Fair question. We don't! The venue on the campground has private bathrooms and showers for wedding guests to get ready in the morning of the wedding! If needed, we will also open specific cabins for campers to utilize the morning of the wedding as a "getting ready party!" Let Siobhan or Nick know if you are camping and would like to use one of those options, so we can make sure there is space!

Question

Are plus-ones and children invited?

Answer

Due to capacity limits within the reception venue, we are not able to accommodate more than the people that are specified on your invitation. We love all of your adorable littles, but unfortunately cannot accommodate all of our guests' lovely children within the venue. We have limited the invites for the wedding reception to children who are first cousins and nieces/nephews of Siobhan and Nick. Children are welcome for all other weekend activities on the campground aside from Saturday's wedding reception and dinner! We recommend either using this weekend as an opportunity for a parent getaway or bringing along a babysitter to watch your kiddos on Saturday evening.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner will be served buffet style with various BBQ meats as well as sides. Special requests for allergies can be made. If you have any food allergies, please indicate on your RSVP response.

Question

What should I pack for Camp Card?

Answer

Aside from your typical wedding day items, all guests participating in Friday’s activities should bring a swimsuit, clothes you can be active in, a water bottle, sunscreen, sneakers, and a change of clothes for Friday evening. If you are camping and are unsure what to bring, reach out to Nick or Siobhan directly and we can help make sure you are set for the weekend!

Question

How are meals working if we are staying at Camp all weekend?

Answer

Lakewood Park offers a variety of options for all meals! There is a camp cafe that serves breakfast and lunch items. On weekends, there is also a food truck available to purchase lunch! We will be providing dinner on Friday at the campfire event and on Saturday at the reception. There is also a large camp store on site that has a variety of groceries and essentials for campground cooking!

Question

When is check-in/check-out time for the campground?

Answer

We will be having our own check in event on the field where the olympics will be taking place from 1pm-2:30pm on Friday. Feel free to come meet us before or after getting settled at your sites, but be on the field and ready to compete by 3! Lakewood Park times: Cabins: Check-in: 2 PM / Check-out: 10 AM RV Sites: Check-in: 1 PM / Check-out: 12:30 PM For those staying elsewhere, please refer to your hotel website for specific check in/check out times.

Question

When should guests arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask guests to all arrive to the ceremony by 1:15 pm so everyone can be seated and the ceremony can start promptly at 1:30

Question

Will there be a shuttle at all on Saturday?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle from the campground to the ceremony church and back to the venue after the ceremony. Shuttles to the ceremony will start at 12:30. Please check back closer to the wedding for more information and timing on shuttles! It is still TBD on whether we will have a shuttle to the nearby hotel after the reception. Reach out to Siobhan and Nick if you are staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites and think you might need a shuttle.
