The smaller of the two airports and a Southwest Hub. If you choose to fly into this airport, the car-ride to the venue will be just under 2 hours. Rental car options are available.

Boston Logan International Airport - BOS

The larger of the two airports. If you choose to fly into this airport, the car-ride to the venue will be about 2.5 -3 hours depending on city traffic. Rental car options are available.

The Drive Up

The drive up during the fall is an activity in itself. As you head north of Boston you'll slowly watch the leaves begin to change and ignite with color. We recommend the travel route below which has some great stops for groups to pull off and take in the view. Old Man of the Mountain & Franconia Notch are must sees. Leaving from Boston, or north of Boston, plan to take I-93N. Follow I-93 N to US-3 N in Franconia. Take exit 35 from I-93 N Follow US-3 N and US-302 E to your destination in Carroll.

Free 24/7 Hotel Shuttle Service

If guests choose to stay at the Mount Washington Hotel, Bretton Arms Inn, Bretton Woods (AirBnb/VRBO), or the Lodge-- all transportation for the weekend will be free. If you choose to stay at the Bear Mountain Lodge, transportation is not included. Ubers and other ride-sharing apps are not readily available in this area so please plan your transportation in advance! THE SHUTTLE WILL RUN UNTIL MIDNIGHT on both Saturday and Sunday. If you need a ride please call 603-278-1000, dial 0, and let them know where you will need to go. Plan to call the shuttle 30 min in advance of when you need to be at your destination.

The Lodge at Bretton Woods

This option is the most economical. Rooms typically cost around ~200/night but fill up extremely fast. If you're thinking of booking this option I'd recommend booking immediately to guarantee your space. When booking, make sure you select 'the lodge' from the dropdown-- the website can be tricky. Located just at the end of the Mount Washington Hotel's driveway this option is perfect for those looking to stretch their legs or call the free shuttle service included in your stay.

House Or Rental

Bretton Woods - Airbnb or VRBO

Another great option if you're interested in going the Airbnb or VRBO route is booking one of Mount Washington's partner properties. These properties range from 3-5 bedrooms and include the free shuttle service to and from the main hotel (where the welcome, ceremony, and after-party will be) during your stay. If you're unsure of whether that property is included on the shuttle route, you can call the main hotel (603-278-1000) or reach out to one of us to confirm.

This third-party option is a 15 minute drive from the hotel. However, this lodging option does not include the free transportation provided by the hotel. $225-295/night

This is the luxury inn located on the same property as the welcome party, ceremony, and after party. This property includes a free 24-7 shuttle service anywhere on the property. If you're willing to spend the money here we'd recommend just booking at the main hotel.
