Austin and Siobhan's first date was on March 16, 2023, at Big Star West Town. This was about a week after meeting on Hinge. Austin got an Old Fashioned, and Siobhan got a Prickly Pear Margarita. After a few more rounds and some delicious ceviche, they moved their date to the Irish Nobleman for another round.. or 2 or 3.. Austin and Siobhan now live down the block from the Nobleman in West Town and come by it frequently on their walks with Zoey.

It was August 2, 2023, on their way back to Siobhan's apartment from a date night that she heard for the first time Austin saying I love you, only he had been saying it for a week by then.. in Polish, in true Austin fashion, keeping her on her toes.

Siobhan and Austin were on their way home from a long weekend in New York, (7 shows in 4 days- all while Siobhan had a cold) and so they were exhausted and ready to just relax on the couch for the rest of the day with Zoey once picked up from boarding. As Austin opened the front door, Siobhan noticed that Zoey was already home, and very confused. She gets to the top of the stairs and sees numerous beautiful arrangements of flowers, and officially feels like she is dreaming (she was really drugged up lol). Austin then grabbed her grandmother's ring and walked her to the living room, where he spoke of how important it was to him that it was just the 3 of them at home, and then got down on one knee... (Siobhan may still think it was all a dream...)
