Is the wedding three days long?
Answer
Not quite. The actual ceremony that will happen on the 20th with festivities beginning at 3pm. As for the 19th that is our Rehearsal & Pre-Wedding party to start the weekend off right. Full itinerary on the home page for this day.
Question
Where is the venue? What should I expect?
Answer
The venue we have chosen is River Bend Resort on the Russian River in Forestville, CA. The Russian River is a place that is very special to Siobain and a place where the couple has spent many happy times. This venue is a fulltime campsite and will have other campers on site as well but we will have a private area all to ourselves which includes a Lodge, a lawn area, 12 cabins and several tent sites right on the river. (There will be a separate section on how to rent and reserve a cabin if you want to stay onsite with us) Bring your swimsuit and smile!

When Should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP online by August 10th. Be sure to complete the form fully as it includes some important questions about lodging options as we are offering campsites for free and lodging at a discount until they are all taken.

What should I wear?
Answer
Since this wedding is in the woods we don't expect tuxedos and gowns but semi formal is preferred. Think fun patterns, colors and cuts. If you need a color inspiration look at our color pallet included in the photo section of this website. Think of the classiest 70's dance party meets ethereal woods which includes fun textures like velvet, corduroy, silk, etc. as well as bold patterns such as floral, herringbone, stripes, etc.

Will there be food and drinks?

OF COURSE! The Bride is a Chef and will be doing her own menus. Both menus will be Vegan and Gluten Free friendly. For the pre-wedding/rehearsal party we will be serving a classic BBQ dinner with all the fixins' The Ceremony dinner will be a Taco bar with three protein options, Jicama salad, guacamole, salsas and all the fixins' Dessert will be made by Edith's Pie of Oakland, CA. How do I reserve a tent space?
Answer
We will have space for 25 tent campers between 3 spaces. These spaces we will be giving out on a first come, first serve basis. Once these spots are all reserved you will need to reserve one through the venue website if you wish to stay on site.

How do I reserve a cabin?
Answer
You will have a chance to do this when you RSVP on the website and be sure to fill out the entire form. The Bride will reach out with confirmation of payment. *Please keep in mind we only have a few cabin tents available so please act fast if you want one* Details on the cabin tents: In our package we are given the entire Stumptown Area which includes 13 cabins that sleep 4 comfortably and 5 snuggly. These cabins all share a common washroom with coin operated showers and a communal fire space. This is the perfect option for anyone who wants to stay on-site with us but doesn't want to go full camp mode. -Rate: $250/per night through us ($315/night through website) -Sleeps up to 5 people – 2 Full beds, one Coleman Camping cot (stowed under bed). Bedding is provided, including sheets, pillows & comforters. -No additional tents are permitted on the site. -Sites come with electricity, picnic table, outdoor drying line with clothespins, stone fire pit, luxury Adirondack chairs, and water spigot. -Photos included below. **Stumptown Tents do not include a private bathroom.** Bathhouse is steps away.
