The ceremony will start promptly at 4. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 3pm to mingle and enjoy refreshments.
Yes, there is plenty of parking if you'd like to drive yourself. However, for those that would like to be chauffeured we have shuttles available to take you to and from the venue.
Yes, the first shuttle pick up will be @ 2:30 from the Hampton Inn and Suites.

Please note- although the best western is currently being blocked off by other wedding parties they will be releasing more rooms to the general public 3 months prior to the wedding. We recommend booking somewhere else but if you have your heart set on the riverfront hotel check back in April!
Cocktail attire :) Ladies please be aware that the cocktail hour and ceremony are on a lawn, so keep this in mind when choosing your footwear.
Usually somewhere between the mid 70's and mid 80's. Hood river is known for their wind so even if it's hot you may want to bring a jacket for the evening.

Although we love your kiddos, our venue space is limited and we are only able to accommodate children of the wedding party.
