What is the schedule for the rehearsal dinner, day etc...

Rehearsal Day 1. Rehearsal - Zorvino's Sandown, NH at 12 PM 2. Rehearsal Dinner - Candia First Stoppe Candia, NH at 6 PM **Event will be held at the barnyard which is to the left of the restaurant and gas station upon arrival Wedding Day Bride and Bridal Party 1. Venue Arrival - bride and team will arrive between 10 and 10:30 AM for set up 2. Hair and Makeup- team will arrive and set up for 11 and 11:15 start Groom and Groomsmen 1. Need to be ready at the HGI downtown Manchester for pictures at 2:30 PM 2. Will leave for Zorvino in Uber ordered for 3:45 PM 3. Groomsmen arrive at Zorvino's for pictures at 4:20 PM Ceremony 1. First look pictures will be taken at Zorvino's at approximately 4 PM 2. Pictures with bride, groom, father of the bride starting at 4:15 PM 3. BUSES will arrive at HGI downtown and Doubletree Manchester, NH at 4:15 and the bus will depart around 4:30 PM. **PLEASE arrive on time as buses are on a strict schedule! 4. Buses will arrive at the venue at around 5:45 PM 6. Ceremony will start at 6PM **First row of seating will be for the immediate family, all other seats are available. We cannot wait to celebrate with you! 7. The cocktail hour will be held on the downstairs patio at Zorvino's between 6:30 and 7:30 PM **This is where the hors d'oeuvres will be served **Please feel free to try one of our signature drinks, the "Old Man" old fashion or the "Go Girl!" sangria :) 8. Introductions, first dance, toast, and speeches will start at approximately 7:35PM 9. Dinner service will start at 7:55PM End of Night! 1. The bus will arrive at 11:30PM for pick up 2. The bus will depart at 11:45 at the end of the night! **we did not have any reported allergies, if there are any please let me know ASAP! ***If anyone is interested in an earlier bus please let me know for scheduling!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Both Mark and Kristen want all there guests to feel comfortable...in your best semi-formal attire/cocktail attire. We want to see all parties on the dance floor! In addition, Zorvino's winery offers so beautiful views around the vineyards and grounds. There are also plenty of farm friends to see, please feel free to say hello to Skittles the alpaca! Just ensure that you are watching your step and wearing sensible shoes around the area.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Although we are big believers in "the more the merrier" unless your invite specifies a plus one, your presence is more than enough for the party!

Is the event kid friendly?

Answer

Although Mark and I love children, this is a child free event. Parents please feel free to give yourselves the night off to relax and enjoy the party :)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking for the ceremony and reception! If you need to you can also leave a car there overnight, the venue requests that you pick it up the next day. We will also be offering a bus service from some of the hotels in Manchester. You are able to park at the hotel and take the bus to the venue.

What is the weather plan/weather expectations?

Answer

Fingers crossed for a sunny day but summer showers are always a risk so check the weather and plan accordingly. Our current arrangements are for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, with the reception to be hosted in an indoor venue.

Where/When can I take the bus to the venue?

Answer

The buses will be travelling to Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree in Downtown Manchester. You are welcome to park in the lots or Uber if not staying in either of the hotels. The buses will wait at each hotel for approximately 10-15 minutes for you to board. Later in the night the buses will bring back guests to the hotels. With the event being an open bar, we highly recommend you stay on the safe side :)

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert! Get ready for cake!

Please feel free to email myself or Susan Lipsett with any dietary issues! There will also be space on the RSVP card as well!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We ask that friends and family remain "unplugged" and in the moment during the wedding ceremony. Feel free to take as many candids as possible during the reception!
