Kait and I met in 7th grade when she asked me to borrow her pencil and was nervous to do so because she thought I looked mean...well, here we are and have been best friends ever since. I have never met a more selfless person, who I have always admired. I am so glad to have her stand by my side and to have been a part of my life all these years.

There has never been a dull moment between us, and we tell the same stories from years ago every time we are together and still crack up as if it were the first time they were told. Back in elementary school, I would always see this little girl who always smiled at me every day. Then I got to know her and realized that the smile came with a great load of sassiness.
