Can I wear a costume?!

Answer

We understand that it is Halloween weekend however, we would prefer if no costumes are worn to our special day!

What should I wear?

Answer

We suggest that men wear a dress shirt with slacks - jackets and ties optional. For the ladies, a nice dress, jumper, or dressy separates (bridesmaids will be in rust, groomsmen in navy) - Please note that the ceremony will be held outside (10-15 minutes)

Is the ceremony going to be inside or outdoors?

Answer

We are hoping for some beautiful October weather so that our ceremony can be held outside. If Wisconsin decides on rain or winter weather then we will have the ceremony inside.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 - If you arrive beforehand you are welcome to go to the clubhouse bar to sit, drink, and visit. The ceremony should last about 30 minutes, followed by cocktail hour and then dinner will be served at 6:30.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a bus scheduled to shuttle guests from the hotels to the venue starting at 3:30 and will be going round trip throughout the night

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If they are included as an option with your RSVP then they are more than welcome to come! If not unfortunately they have not been included in our numbers and due to constraints related to our venue they will not be able to attend.

What type of food will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Dinner will consist of the following buffet: - Arcadian Greens, fresh berries and local goat cheese with a raspberry balsamic vinaigrette - Rolls and whipped butter - Mediterranean Pasta Salad - Center Cut Atlantic salmon with Pineapple Butter Sauce - Chipotle Chocolate Braised Short Ribs with Pinot Noir Bordelaise - Broccoli Alfredo penne pasta - Wild Mushroom Risotto - Seasonal Vegetables

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in this moment with us!
