To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we respectfully request no children at the reception, except those participating in the ceremony. You will know if your kids are in the ceremony.
We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but unfortunately, our guest list is limited to those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand—it’s nothing personal, just a money limitation!
Your comfort is important to us. If you require any disability accommodations or assistance, please let us know in advance. Golf carts will be provided for convenient transportation from the parking area to the ceremony. Vegetarian and meat entrée options will also be available.
Yes! The drinks are on us, so get ready to toast and dance the night away! We will have beer, wine, signature cocktails and more! Bring tips for our amazing bartenders who are keeping the celebrations going all night!
We totally understand that life happens! If you RSVP ‘yes’ but later find you can’t attend, please let us know no later than 3 weeks before the wedding. If an emergency arises closer to the date, just text us right away so we can adjust plans. Each meal is paid for in advance, so we truly appreciate your honesty and timeliness—it helps us avoid paying for unused plates.
Please make sure to RSVP by the requested date so we can plan accordingly. If you don’t RSVP but still show up, we’ll do our best to find you a seat; however, a meal and place setting may not be available. We truly appreciate your understanding—it helps us make the day run smoothly for everyone!

The weather is generally in the 70s during April. During the night it gets cooler and in the 50s. There should be a cool breeze coming in from the ocean so you may want to bring a jacket.
The wedding ceremony will take place outside close to sunset. The reception will take place in a tent (sheltered from the sun and wind).
If you are running late to the ceremony, please wait in your car until the ceremony ends and the couple walk away to take their pictures.
While we love pictures, we would ask for you to silence your phones and put them away. We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask all phones are silenced and put away. Don’t worry our photographer will get plenty of photos!
Yes! There will definitely be music and plenty of fun. While we’re not big dancers ourselves, we’ll have a DJ playing great music throughout the night for anyone who wants to hit the dance floor. We’ll also have plenty of other ways to celebrate — think ping pong, drinking pong, cornhole, and more! We want everyone to have an amazing time, whether you’re dancing, playing, or just relaxing with a drink.
We are registered through Zola the wedding app website. We have gifts available to purchase directly through Zola or others through amazon, Home Depot and more. If you cannot attend and would still like to send a gift we would greatly appreciate it but it is not necessary. We are grateful for anything we receive.
Yes you're more than welcome to bring a gift to the wedding instead of sending it through Zola. For those traveling, please factor in TSA guidelines and other regulations.
You may send gifts before the wedding to Chelsea and Jeremy's home in New Mexico. 7520 Sunrose Dr. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120.
