For all who have booked their rooms at the hotel, we look forward to seeing you there for the after party and maybe even breakfast. Check in time is at 3 pm but you can arrive earlier if you wish. The hotel is not guaranteeing early check in but will accommodate you if your room is ready. We are encouraging guests to arrive before 3 pm to have time to settle into your room and get on the bus on time for the ceremony. Please try to arrive to the hotel dresses and ready as there may not be enough time for guests to settle in and get ready before the bus departs.

Shuttle

Broadway Elite

There will be 3 shuttles available to bring you from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. The shuttle is available to any guests staying at the hotel and will depart at 3:15 pm. If you are not staying at the hotel you may park at the venue. Please keep in mind that the venue has limited parking. We encourage most guests to use the shuttle service, car pool with other guests, or consider Lyft/Uber services.
