When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive with enough time to park and find our location at Pavilion #2

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one on your invitation, yes! If not, please do not bring a guest, as we have venue capacities and are unable to accommodate uninvited guests

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your child is included on your invitation and noted on your RSVP page, they are welcome! Unfortunately, we do not have the extra space if we haven't noted them

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. Please see the travel tab above. Due to our room blocks, we recommend booking prior to August 2025 to enjoy our discounted pricing

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let the catering team know if you have any allergies - they can guide you to what is safe to eat

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at both locations

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We want to see our loved ones dressed up :-)

Is there transportation to the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

For our out of towners, we will have a shuttle arranged for you. More information to come soon
