What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire. Our ceremony is outdoors in the vineyard, so wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather!

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

If your invitation specifies that your children are invited, then they are welcome! Invited children will need to be RSVPed ahead of time.

What is the rain plan?

Answer

Yonah Mountain has a large indoor space that they can use for the ceremony and reception should it rain day-of.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation specifies that you get a plus one, then yes! Please make sure you RSVP your date if you are bringing someone.

When are we sending invitations out?

Answer

Invitations have been sent out. If you did not receive one, please message us to let us know.

Do I have to stay in the hotel block?

Answer

No! There are plenty of other places to stay around Helen. The hotel block is for convenience.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue from the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from the hotel. We will provide times for this as soon as we have them. Cars may be parked at the hotel to then take the shuttle over. Cars may be parked at Yonah Mountain overnight, but they can't be picked up until the venue reopens at 11:30am the following day.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5. If you arrive late, you will have to wait until after the ceremony is finished to come in. Yonah Mountain welcomes all wedding guests to arrive early and enjoy a glass of wine on their porch before the ceremony starts. You can get there as early as you want.
