Matron of Honor
I met Kaela during my last clinical rotation in PTA school, and by the time it ended, I couldn’t imagine my days without her. I ended up working at the same place, spending eight hours a day together, and somehow it was easy to become so close, so fast. What started as coworkers quickly turned into something so much more. She became my best friend, my constant, and the person who knows me better than anyone. I was honored to stand beside her when she married her best friend, and now I get to have her standing beside me as I marry mine.
Bridesmaid
Cheyenne and I became friends completely by chance, but it didn’t take long for that random beginning to turn into something permanent. One night she asked me to hang out, and from that moment on, we were inseparable. Ten years later, she’s still my best friend. When I moved back to Montana, we lived together, and she helped me rebuild my life during one of my hardest seasons. Even after she moved away and began building a beautiful life and growing her family, she somehow always makes time to check in on me, just to remind me I’m never far from her heart. Soulmates come in every form and she’s mine. We’ve been through hell and back together, and no matter what life throws my way, I know she will always be in my corner.
Bridesmaid
Rachael and I met in PTA school—and at first, she thought I was mean. (In my defense… resting bitch face is very real.) But not long after that first impression, we became close—taking breaks together, studying together, and quietly getting each other through the hardest parts of the program. By the end, I truly don’t think I would have survived PTA school without her. We took our boards together, passed together, and celebrated that huge moment side by side. She has always been the one to give me the blunt, honest advice I need, even when it’s not what I want to hear, because she genuinely wants what’s best for me. I will always be thankful for her friendship and everything she brought into such an important time of my life. No matter how much time passes between visits, it’s always like we still see each other every day. …Although sometimes I do wonder if she’s really just friends with me for Billy’s lasagna. 🍝
Best Man
I met Will in 2012 at Sheppard AFB during technical training. I had a car and was freshly 21 years old. Will was underage and vehicle-less. A friendship blossomed over a designated driver. Divine fate and Air Force bureaucracy keep our lives intertwined through the years.
Groomsman
This absolute legend earned his spot in my life during a rowdy cross-country work trip. From day one, I knew Joel was someone you wanted in your corner. Solid, dependable, and always a good time. He has terrible jokes but always gets the last laugh.
Groomsman
Mark came into our lives working with Jessica at The Station. His love for all things cinematic drew Bill in and quickly made them friends. I'll always protest that Star Wars is better than Star Trek, but Mark will tell me I'm wrong.
