We'll be hosting a proper South African braai to welcome any guests that are in town on Friday night. The word "Braai" is Afrikaans for "barbecue" or "grill." Weather permitting, this will be an easy backyard BBQ dinner with grilled meats and flowing drinks. Feel free to come and go as you please. Kids welcome!

A cozy evening with our wedding party and immediate family members before the big day!

May in South Africa is the late Autumn season, where weather can vary from a sunny, warm day to rain showers! Our ceremony and reception will be hosted indoors on the same premise within walking distance, but transportation will be provided between buildings if the weather is poor.
10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Casual outfits, comfy shoes
For all our guests staying in the wine region an extra day after the wedding, we'd like to host you on the Franschhoek Wine Tram! This is a hop-on/hop-off tram experience that takes you between wine estates in the Franschhoek Valley. A full day of wine tasting after a wedding...did someone say hair of the dog?! https://franschhoek.org.za/things-to-do/franschhoek-wine-tram/
