Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 6, 2022 on the wedding website.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Free parking is available at the Ceremony and Reception site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date/ plus one?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #sinclairaffair or #signedsealedsinclair so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

What is the best way to contact you?

Answer

The bride and groom can be reached by phone prior to the week of the wedding. Please use Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Google Duo or Text to get in touch with the bride and groom the week of the wedding.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding dress code is semi formal/cocktail.

What COVID health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

Getting married in the midst of a global pandemic means that everyone’s health and safety is a top priority for us. Part of our RSVP process will be asking each person if they are fully vaccinated, or will be by the wedding day. Vaccination is required to enter the Ceremony location.
