Question

Do I have to be vaccinated against Covid-19 to attend?

Answer

In short, no. But we ask anyone who isn't fully vaccinated to please let us know and to wear a mask for the duration of the wedding. Masks will be provided.

Question

What are the regulations on Mask wearing?

Answer

It is a requirement that our guests are either fully vaccinated or have a negative Covid-19 test within 3 days of the wedding, you would also be required to wear a mask during the event. If you can not meet these requirements, we kindly ask that you stay home for everyone's safety. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We kindly ask that only adults attend, we will be up late!

Question

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, does your venue offer dietary options?

Answer

Yes, The State Room can accommodate any dietary needs/restrictions (Example: Vegetarian, Vegan, Celiac, Diabetic etc.) If you have any special dietary needs, or if you have any food allergies Please reach out to our wedding coordinators Tom or Tara at The State Room: 518-432-7773.

Question

Coronavirus is still out there. Will we be safe at your Wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We are just as concerned as you are. If we are not 100% clear and safe to host our wedding with all of our guests present (and hopefully unmasked) we will change our wedding date again-again. ( We are praying that doesn't happen). We know how delicate and unpredictable this pandemic is, and we are not taking any risks.
