Here are some questions that may come about and hopefully a few of these are questions you might have!
Question

What kind of Covid-19 safety protocols are in place?

Answer

All guests will be required to send or inform the bride or groom that either they or their family have been vaccinated so bride can mark on her spreadsheet. If choosing not to get vaccinated, "Proof of a Negative" test the week of the wedding, please submit no later than Wednesday, October 13th to sasally93gmail.com. On the day of the wedding, temperature checks will be taken before entrance to the venue and hand sanitizer will be available all throughout.

Question

How do I find parking? Is it free?

Answer

Parking will be on a first come-first served basis at venue's address, so it is recommended to carpool or if drinking, please take UBER/LYFT, have someone drop you or your group off OR have a designated driver for the night. We would love to celebrate with you, but make sure you get home safely. A staff member will re-direct you if the lot is full and you will then park in the Bank of America parking lot which the venue owns for events. HOWEVER, parking is free of course, but limited as one side will used for our outdoor cocktail hour!

Are children allowed?

Answer

They are, but we ask you speak with the bride/groom specifically if their intended guest includes your child(ren). Please do NOT hesitate to reach out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. An example includes ladies wearing cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let either the bride or groom know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Please check our "Zola Registry" on the above tab on our wedding website! However to keep the monetary tradition alive, we kindly ask for a monetary gift, bride/groom will be dressed in their Cambodian cultural outfits doing table visits as a wedding gift from you plus the party (envelopes and pens will be available at your assigned table).

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

YES, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #SIMSAYIDO2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

Prior to the wedding day, PLEASE reach out via text or social media to the bride and groom, we would LOVE to answer/clarify any questions in advance. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
