Safia and John crossed paths before really knowing who each other were. Eventually, Safia slide into John's twitter DM's and they began to talk. After awhile Safia messaged John to go to lunch and he replied back "you are the type of girl that deserves to go to dinner". He surprised her with their first date for dinner at Papa Vinos. From that day forward, they laughed, sang, ate, cried, and loved their way into an engagement.
