Where's the wedding ceremony and reception?

Our venue's address is 2770 Sunnycreek Road, Carlsbad, CA, 92010.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors. Most of the venue is either paved pathways or cobblestone, but guests will need to walk on grass briefly to take their seats for dinner. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels aren't recommended.

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?

Answer

We've reserved a room block at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Please book your stay by July 18th to guarantee a room in our block. Please use the link on our Travel page to view the reduced rates. Please note: this venue is located in Downtown San Diego, close to the airport. It is approximately a 38-minute drive away from our venue. There are many hotels in the surrounding area and closer to the venue that you are welcome to book if it is more convenient for you.

Are plus-ones allowed?

We aren't allowing plus-ones at our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation, and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Is the wedding kid friendly?

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration.

What's the wedding dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is garden party formal. We invite you to celebrate in long, flowing dresses, floral prints, bright colors, and summer linens. For those wearing suits, we recommend light colors and fabrics. See the Dress Code page for more information!
