When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Try to RSVP as soon as you can! The earlier you can RSVP, the better it helps with our planning and preparation for the event.

I RSVP'ed... what's next?

Answer

Thank you for RSVPing! The next step would be to start booking your room, setting up your transfers, and tracking your flights. Once you have your rooms booked and flight confirmed, you can also sign up for the transportation (which you can find on our travel portal, linked in the "Travel" tab). We're arranging shuttles for our guests to and from the CUN airport and resort. Please fill out your flight information on that page, so we can properly coordinate the logistics with the transportation team.

How do I book my hotel?

Please navigate to the Travel toolbar and click on the "View" button under the Hotel information for Paradisus Playa Del Carmen. That button should take you to our travel booking website. All travel and booking information can be found there. It is very important that you use the link on that website, otherwise your booking will not register as part of the wedding party. For hotel booking and travel related questions, feel free to contact our Travel Account Manager, Grace Bodden ~ grace@destawed.com. For all other questions, please reach out to the two of us!

Do I have to use the link provided to do the hotel bookings?

Answer

Yes, please use the link to book your hotel. Our room block should be the cheapest rate. If you don't book via the link we've provided, your booking will not be registered as part of the wedding party. If you have any questions, please contact Grace Bodden at grace@destawed.com.

What airport should we fly into?

Answer

Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN) — it’s about an hour from Playa del Carmen.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

We will be arranging the shuttle! When you book your flight, make sure to give the flight details to our concierge team and fill out the transfer link, and we will arrange all the transportation from the airport to the resort. All this information can be entered on our booking page, the link be found under the "Travel" tab above. Just get yourselves to CUN, and we will do the rest. More details to come here.
