Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. The wedding venue is at a resort and we have blocked rooms for our guests specifically. We recommend you come for the weekend and enjoy the amenities of the hotel & the scenery of the mountains.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the ceremony and reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to grab a welcome drink and get settled.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the formal invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 15, 2026. Our vendors require us to provide the final headcount by this date, any unanswered RSVP’s will be counted as a “No”. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. No particular dress code. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length, mid-length dresses or jumpsuits/pantsuits. Men can wear long or short sleeved dress shirts and pants. No shorts or white attire, please.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors - please plan accordingly. Social hour will also take place outdoors. In the mountains, once the sun goes down, temperatures will start to cool. These events will be followed with dancing under the stars. Standing heaters will be provided.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking attendants will also be present to assist guests with parking before the ceremony. Overnight self parking and valet is available.
