What are some key details to keep in mind?

As we eagerly await your arrival for our seaside celebrations, here are a few details to keep in mind: * Reservations MUST be made through the couple’s contracted wedding block by March 15, 2026 to complete the RSVP process and attend wedding events. * Payment for your requested booking will be charged in full between 2/15/2026-3/15/2026 * Kindly use the RSVP tab linked in the travel section to ensure details such as travel dates, flight timings, and important information which will be used by the resort and our wedding planner. * Flights can be booked to San Jose Del Cabo (SJD) which is located approximately 45 minutes from Hard Rock Los Cabos. * Flights must be submitted 1 month prior to travel - We will be tracking your flight live. If the flight gets delayed, we will know about this automatically and plan for your arrival accordingly. * Our wedding planner Carla Pasquez will be reaching out via a WhatsApp group chat to share important details or messages from the couple, provide information on dress codes, and any updates closer to the wedding

What are the Visa and/or Passport requirements for Mexico?

Answer

Travel to Mexico requires valid passports, even for US Citizens. Please ensure that your passport expires more than 6 months from the date of entry into Mexico. Mexico has no visa requirement for US Citizens, but you will be asked to fill out a FMM form (Mexico's visitor permit) on the plane or once you land. Once you get to immigration and customs, the agents will give you the bottom half to retain until you leave the country. It is VERY important to keep this secure until you leave Mexico.

Is there transportation available between San Jose Del Cabo (SJD) International Airport and the Resort?

Answer

2x complimentary roundtrip, shared airport transfers are included per room, with a 3 night minimum stay; additional guests will be billed by the hotel at $100 / adult or child shared, roundtrip service. Child car seats are an additional $30 per child, per seat. Rates are controlled by Hard Rock and subject to changes upon arrival. Please submit your flight information no later than 1 month prior to your arrival into Los Cabos (SJD).

What time is check-in and check-out at Hard Rock Los Cabos

Answer

Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12pm. Reservations made through Shaadi Destinations will be given priority on early check-in times as we will make requests directly with resort management. Early check-in is not guaranteed, but the resort will do their best.

Can I stay for just 2 nights?

Answer

While most destination wedding guests choose to stay 5-7 nights when flying to Mexico, we understand there may be certain limiting factors. Unfortunately, group discounts are only valid on a minimum of 3 night stays. If you absolutely must stay 2 nights, please contact us at support@shaadidestinations.com so we can find the best rates possible for you. Booking through Shaadi Destinations allows for certain group benefits to be conveyed and allows for the best rate possible.
