Sarasota Bradenton & Tampa International Airport

The easiest airport to fly into is Sarasota–Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), which is about a 10-minute drive from the venue and our recommended option. Alternatively, Tampa International Airport (TPA) offers more domestic and international flight options. Tampa is approximately a one-hour Uber ride from the venue.

Hotel

Ritz Carlton Sarasota

The families of the bride and groom will be staying at the Ritz-Carlton. All transportation will be provided from here. We have arranged for a hotel block at the Ritz-Carlton. Beach club and golf access are included in the rate. The current rate for Deluxe Queen Rooms and Deluxe King Rooms is $409/night (excl taxes and fees). Contact us if you don't see these options as our block may be full. Please note the cutoff rate for the discounted rate is April 1st, 2026.
