FAQs

Question

When is the rsvp deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by March 27. Your timely response helps us finalize all the details and ensures we can plan a day that's perfect for everyone. You can RSVP through the link on our website or by mailing the RSVP card found in the invitation suite.

Question

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Men are encouraged to wear suits with tie or tuxes, while women wear long formal dresses or gowns. The ceremony and reception will be held outside so please consider a low heel.

Question

What is the rehearsal dinner and welcome party dress code?

Answer

Feel free to lean into a Western/Tennessee-inspired elevated style—khakis and blazers for men, and long or short cocktail-style dresses for women. See mood board here: https://pin.it/22rJ80ik6 (copy into browser)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville SE/Murfreesboro, where we’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests. You can find all the details, including how to secure a discounted rate, on the "Travel" tab of our website. We suggest booking early, as rooms may fill up quickly!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For your convenience, we’ve arranged a shuttle service to and from the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville SE/Murfreesboro. We want to make it as easy and safe as possible for you to enjoy the evening. See details about pickup and drop-off times on the 'Shuttle Service' tab.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation or online RSVP. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear alongside yours. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (unless otherwise noted on your invitation). We hope this gives parents a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us.
