Can I RSVP by mail or do I have to RSVP online?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted online to help us keep everything organized and running smoothly. Please use the RSVP link provided on our wedding website to confirm your attendance. It’s quick and easy, and we really appreciate you taking the time to do so. Thank you for understanding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We please ask that you RSVP by July 30th, 2025.

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will promptly start at 2:00pm so we kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you're settled in and ready for the celebration to start. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has begun, we ask that you please wait until after the ceremony to join in the fun, as we want to keep the moment intimate and undisturbed. Thank you so much for your understanding—and remember, no-lollygaggin!!!

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We are so grateful for your presence as we celebrate this special moment in our lives! Your love and support mean the world to us. In lieu of traditional gifts, we kindly ask for cash or check contributions to help us begin our new journey together. Whether it's helping us create memories on our honeymoon or getting Everett through paramedic school, your generosity will make a lasting impact. Thank you for being a part of our day and for helping us build a future full of love and adventure!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we have a cocktail attire dress code for our wedding! We invite guests to dress in elegant yet festive cocktail attire—think a sharp suit or dress for a refined but celebratory look. Western elements are optional, so if you'd like to add a personal touch with something like a cowboy hat, boots, or a bolo tie, feel free to do so! The most important thing is that you feel stylish and comfortable as we celebrate together, but we please ask no jeans!

Question

Can I bring a Guest?

Answer

If your invitation allows for a plus-one, you are welcome to bring one guest. Please let us know who you'll be bringing by August 1st, 2025, so we can ensure everything is ready for you both. If you’re unsure about your invitation details or need to confirm, don’t hesitate to reach out. We can’t wait to share this special day with you and your guest!

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

The Posse grounds has plenty of parking onsite for you to utilize! We please ask the you park in the field on the left-hand side of the Posse grounds. There will be signs for you to follow as well.

Question

Can I bring my classic car or motorcycle?

Answer

We'd love for you to bring your classic car or motorcycle! It would be a great addition to the celebration. Please let Everett McCormick know in advance by texting him at (831) 262-3343 to confirm that you'll be bringing your vintage vehicle. We can’t wait to see what you’ll be driving and appreciate you sharing your ride with us!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that we can fully enjoy the moment and allow our professional photographers to capture the memories. We also ask that phones be kept on silent and put away during the ceremony to ensure everyone can be present and engaged. After the ceremony, feel free to take all the photos you’d like!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Uh, duh! Keep in mind, most accommodations are not in walking distance, so designate someone the DD or call an uber! If need be, cars are able to stay overnight, but must be collected by 1pm, Sunday the 31st.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While kids are welcome to join us on our special day, please note that the festivities are primarily designed with adults in mind. There may be some moments that aren't as kid-friendly, so we encourage you to consider what's best for your little ones. Thank you for your understanding!
