What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 5:00 p.m so you can get settled before the proceedings. The doors will open at 4:30 p.m.

Is there parking available at the the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have plenty of available parking space at the Autumn Oaks Events entrance.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by April 17th. Your timely response will help us finalize our plans and ensure a seamless celebration. Knowing the number of guests attending will assist us in making the necessary arrangements for seating, catering, and other details to create a memorable day for everyone. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to celebrating together!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests adhere to a semi-formal dress code for our wedding celebration. We ask that you please refrain from wearing jeans and white attire, as we want to maintain a cohesive and elegant atmosphere. Your understanding and cooperation mean a lot to us, and we can’t wait to see you all dressed to impress! Example: dress, slacks and a button up, cocktail attire. Thank you!

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

To create a warm and intimate atmosphere during our ceremony, we kindly ask that all guests refrain from using phones and taking photos. We want everyone to be fully present as we exchange our vows and celebrate this special moment together. Professional photographers will be capturing every cherished moment, and we can't wait to share those memories with you afterward. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We warmly welcome children to both the ceremony and reception! However, we kindly ask that if your child becomes upset or begins to cry during the ceremony, please step out quietly to ensure everyone can fully enjoy this special moment. Thank you for your understanding and support! We look forward to celebrating with you and your family.

Dietary restrictions

We are pleased to inform you that all food and beverages served at our wedding will be gluten-free and soy-free. We want to ensure that all of our guests can enjoy the meal without any dietary concerns. If you have any additional allergies or special dietary needs, please let us know in advance. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to sharing this special day with you!

Is the wedding BYOB or open bar?

Answer

The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! We are excited to offer an open bar at our wedding! However, please note that this will not be a BYOB event. Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely!
