Soon to be Sands

We first met through mutual friends during a party at Penn College (Williamsport, PA), a college 30 minutes away from our alma mater. We spent all night just talking and getting to know one another. “I remember walking with him to get a pizza from down the block late that evening too.”

Our first date was simply going to the movie theater together in State College, PA. It was a relaxing night out together after a long day in class.

We made our relationship official November 5th. Of course one of Chad's favorite movies is "V for Vendetta". It kind of worked out in my favor because he couldn't forget "remember remember the 5th of November".

I gradated Lock Haven University in May 2018, and then moved back to Tulsa Oklahoma in September 2018. It was incredibly hard to be away from him. Chad came to visit me in September because one of my very good friends Katie was getting married, plus Chad wanted to help me finish moving in and explore Tulsa with me. I went to pick him up at the airport, he then surprised me and popped the question. I said YES!! <3
