We’re Tying The Knot!

We began dating long distance in 2017, both being the other’s first significant other! In the years between the beginning and the proposal, we traveled all over the country together, living in both California and Ohio before making the final move to Texas. Somehow we got lucky enough to find each other and stick together over the years, regardless of how much change has taken place; Including when I burnt all my hair off from over-dying it and Kaleb, ironically enough, decided to grow his out. Funny how life works, isn’t it?

After a lovely dinner, the groom popped the question at a private beach spot in Dallas, Texas. It was a fairytale!

Kaleb and I will be married on our 5 year anniversary on May 27th, 2022. We hope to share this significant and meaningful day in our lives with all of you! Can’t wait to see you there!

Shelby Kate Simpkins and Kaleb Jay Franks will be exchanging vows in a ceremony on Friday the twenty seventh of May, two thousand and twenty-two in Denton, Texas.
