When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation- that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is October 1st 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, we will have to mark it as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are at the same location. But the parking at the venue is minimal, so please put that into account when it comes to your arrival time.

Can I bring a date?+1

Answer

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we would love to include the children of all our friends and family, we are only able to accommodate the children closest to us, and in our wedding party. We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our 5:00pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule and for you to find parking.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. For Example: Women are more then welcome to wear any semi-formal dress they would like. Men can wear a button-up, dress pants, and a suit jacket (if they so desire). The ceremony is in the grass, and both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please bring something to keep you warm once we get later in the night. Our bridesmaids will be in Eucalyptus and the groomsmen will be in Navy

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will not be providing an open bar, but we still want y'all to let loose, bring your cash or card to be served.

Please Read These Venue Policies

**Our venue has some policies that must be followed NO EXCEPTIONS** - No smoking on the property (In order to smoke or vape you must go to the sidewalk outside of the parking lot) - No outside alcohol on the property (If caught it will be confiscated and the event will be shut down) - The Environmental Health Department prohibits any food to be taken from the venue Please help us by following these few policies to make sure we all have a wonderful night :)
