Wedding Party

Gary Simons

Groom

Let's just get straight to the point. Gary is 51, and Taylor is 25. Quite the age difference to most, but normal for Taylor, considering her parents are 18 years apart. His heart is so big, that it sometimes can get him in trouble. He is goofy, loud, kind, considerate, and can make anyone in the room laugh. He has worked at UPS longer than Taylor has been alive. He is currently a Feeder Truck driver. For those that don't know what that is, he basically drives a big 18-Wheeler to Jackson, Mississippi every night and makes it look easy. When he finished his 60 hour work week, his side job was to try to see how many times Taylor would turn him down. After a few weeks of saying no, she caved.

Taylor Loftin

Bride

Growing up in a small town, she was ready to get the heck out. She moved off to Ruston and graduated in Marketing. She spent the summer interning at Walt Disney World in Florida, and realized that big of a city was not for her. After graduation she moved to Bossier, she started working at CenturyLink Center before she graduated. Her long term plan was to move off to Dallas and leave the small town of Bossier in her rear view mirror. The saying of "when you make plans, God laughs" came true for Taylor. Fast forward years later, and she is back living in Doyline and getting ready to marry the man of her dreams.

Kim Webb

Matron of Honor

As a sister of the bride, they have made many memories together. From summer vacations, to Christmas gatherings, dark times, and happy times, they have been through it all. She may be Taylor's only big sister, but she is the best big sister a girl could have. Without even trying, she has taught Taylor how to be strong in the darkest of times and embrace the good times. Kim is married to an amazing man, Matt. She made the bride an Aunt Taylor, before Taylor was even born. Try to solve that mystery.

Karli Loftin

Maid of Honor

Not only the middle sister, but she and Taylor are best friends. Karli Rae is stubborn, can argue with a brick wall, gave Taylor a lot of bruises growing up, and is the first to play in the mud. She outsmarts the bride constantly, and makes sure everyone knows it. But, she has the biggest heart, and is Taylor's go to girl when the latest gossip is out, or when Taylor needs honest advice. Despite their differences, they would do anything for one another. Like the saying goes, opposites attract?

Allie Loftin

Bridesmaid

The youngest of the Loftin sisters, Allie has gone from a country girl who barrel raced every weekend to a big city girl. Out of all the siblings, nobody ever saw this coming. She is the baby who has moved off to Dallas to chase her dreams. She shows her love quite differently than Taylor. She is not really into hugs and kisses, her appreciation is shown through a strong cocktail, hence the reason she is a professional bartender. Whenever she hugs Taylor, she thinks Allie could be coming down with an illness. When Allie found out she was going to be a bridesmaid her first words were "You better not make me wear an ugly dress."

Dan Snell

Best Man

Dan is more than just a friend. He is like a brother to the Groom. He an Gary have been friends since graduating together. They were making memories before Taylor was even born. Some of their stories through the years, should never be repeated. Taylor actually knew Dan, while she was in high school, Dan hung around and helped with concessions and was a big basketball fan. He only knew Taylor as the Doyline cheerleader. After reuniting, he and Taylor are also friends. Between the two, they make sure to keep Gary in check.

Randy Bynog

Groomsman

Randy, also known as "That Jackass" is not only a coworker, but Gary's friend. Don't tell Gary, but Randy is a better cook. He will be the one and only groomsman in the cowboy hat. He is married to Sammi, who Taylor has become friends with. Sammi and Taylor both know how handle their men. The men try to think they are large and in charge, but as soon as they see our facial expressions, they remember quickly who is the boss.

Bennico Canada

Groomsman

Most know him as Nico, he also works at UPS with Gary. As you can see by now, these UPSers are more than friends of the groom, they are family. He has the style, and tries to keep Gary in style. Taylor's favorite white button up of Gary's, Nico picked out. Like Gary and the others, he has a huge heart and and a funny sense of humor. They may not be brothers by blood, but by choice.

Austin Vining

Ring Bearer

Not your stereotypical ring bearer. He is not in the age range of 2-5, he is just a little older. But who needs a 2 year old when a 27 year old can hold the rings? Austin and Taylor grew up together in Doyline, they have been friends for over 10 years. They both are Doyline High School and Louisiana Tech graduates, however Austin likes school more than Taylor. He has graduated more times than Taylor can count. He has landed in Florida studying law. He is still who she calls when she needs to make sure something is grammatically correct. He hasn't looked over this yet, but it is guaranteed there are grammatical corrections to be made.

Jesse Gallegos

Flower Girl

They don't have "Flower Guy" as an option, but Jesse will be the one tossing flowers before the Bride walks down the aisle. He and Taylor met through Austin and have also been friends for over 10 years. They aren't just the three best friends, they are family. From high school parties, to making memories on family vacations, the most memorable may just be him being the best Flower Guy ever. He is now in Atlanta working in the film industry. The bride doesn't need his autograph, she just needs him to toss some flowers. Jesse is the life of the party. With that being said, if he offers to make you a drink at the wedding, this is your warning. His drinks are delicious, but after Jesse's signature drink, you will not be able to drive anywhere. So, be prepared to call an Uber or Lyft.
