Are kids welcome?

Answer

Consider this your date night! Although we adore your little ones, we would love for the adults to have a night off to let loose! With the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only (21+) affair.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving at the venue no later than 4:30pm. Please keep in mind the venue is in a densely populated and high-traffic area, be sure you allow ample time if you are coming from outside the immediate area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged for a complimentary valet service to be available for guests arriving by car. Tips are appreciated but we have covered gratuity for your convenience.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you “and guest,” you may bring a date. Otherwise only those directly addressed on the invitation are invited to attend.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is cocktail attire: semi-formal, black tie optional.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel block is on premises so no transportation is necessary for hotel guests. If you are staying outside of our venue, we are conveniently located a short walk from the F, N, W, 1, 2, & 3 subway trains.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, you will have the option to do so when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying right on premises at the Vista! Easy access to the ceremony, reception, after-party, and complimentary next-day brunch! Use the code on our “accommodations” page to get our wedding block discount.

How do I get there using public transit?

Answer

Live locally? Or maybe you’re not staying the night, but don’t want to have to miss out on the open bar because you have to drive home? One of the beauties of NYC is the transit system! Our venue conveniently located a short walk from the F, N, W, 1, 2, & 3 subway trains. If you are taking the LIRR, get off at Woodside station, transfer to the subway- follow the signs to the 7 train and board going Manhattan-bound to 34 St-Hudson Yards. Get off at Queensboro Plaza, it’s a 5-10 minute walk from there!
