What is the dress code?

Answer

The desired dress code for this event is cocktail attire. Examples would include dresses or pantsuits for the ladies and button-up shirts with khakis or dress pants for the men. Feel free to dress up and dress out! Please note that this is an outdoor event on Gun Lake with grassy areas (watch your heels, ladies!) and may get chilly in the evening.

Can I bring a plus one?

We're so excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people! Please refer to your invitation to see if a guest has been included for you. We've done our best to accommodate plus ones for those attending solo or in long-term relationships. Thank you so much for your understanding as we work within our space and guest list!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! While we wish we could invite everyone, we'll be celebrating with children of family members and close friends only. Please refer to your invitation to see how many seats have been reserved for your party. If you'd like to enjoy an evening out, feel free to treat our wedding as a perfect date night! Please note, this event is located right on the water and docks of Gun Lake and there will be no lifeguard/staff on duty to keep children safe from the water. This will be the responsibility of the parents.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking available at the venue.

Will there be a shuttle service to nearby hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately, because of our venue location and distance to nearby hotels, we are not able to provide shuttle services. There are also limited options for Uber and Lyft. Please plan accordingly for safe transportation to and from the venue.

Are the ceremony and reception space easily accessible?

Answer

Absolutely! The ceremony and reception are both located on the lakefront lawn behind Bay Pointe Inn. For our guests requiring handicap accessibility, a golf cart will be available to aid in transportation from the parking lot to the ceremony space.

Do Zack and Kaitlyn have a registry?

Answer

Yes! We are registered on both Zola and Amazon. The link to our Amazon registry can be accessed under the registry tab right here on our website!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by Monday, May 25th! RSVPs can be made via the RSVP tab on our wedding website. Please submit your choice as soon as you know whether or not you will be able to join us - the bride and groom appreciate it greatly!

What should I do if we cannot attend?

Answer

We understand that not everyone will be able to attend, and you will be so missed! Please RSVP accordingly. If last minute changes need to be made to your RSVP status (AKA after the RSVP deadline of May 25th), please reach out to the bride or groom directly.
