Champaign Marathon

There is a marathon on Saturday, the morning after our wedding. If you get caught within the boundaries of the course after the race begins, you may be stuck for several hours. Please visit the website for details to avoid any travel difficulty, and to see how to drive around Champaign that day if needed.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rantoul

Please call to make your reservation. The discounted rate of $169 is for either a King or two Doubles and is available until 3/28/2017 under the Simon/Rogers wedding. Please be sure to make your reservation by March 28 in order to receive the discount. Rooms may be available after 3/28, but they will not be discounted, as there is the Champaign Marathon on 4/28. This block of rooms is available for Friday night 4/27/18 only. If you call and they state they are out of rooms, please let us know immediately as we may be able to add more rooms to the block depending on availability due to the marathon - thanks!

Eastland Suites Hotel & Conference Center - Urbana/Champaign

Please call to make your reservation. The discounted rate of $139 is for two Double beds and a rate of $149 is for a King. Both rates are available until 3/27/2018 under the Simon/Rogers Wedding Block. Please be sure to make your reservation by March 27 in order to receive the discounts. Rooms may be available after this date, but they will not be discounted, as there is the Champaign Marathon on 4/28. This block of rooms is available for Friday night 4/27/18 only. La Quinta

We reserved rooms a little differently at La Quinta due to the marathon weekend. If you would like to make a reservation here, please email Erin at erin.p.simon@gmail.com, and she will assign you a confirmation number. There are a limited number of rooms, so once these are all filled, we will remove La Quinta from the room options on the website. These rooms are for both Thursday and Friday night. Thursday night is $94 and Friday night is $154.

Chicago O'Hare (ORD)

Southwest Airlines does not fly into O'Hare.

Chicago - Midway Airport (MDW)

Southwest Airlines only flies into Midway in Chicago.

Indianapolis International Airport (IND)

Please note, this airport is on Eastern Time, while Champaign in on Central Time. So you'll get an extra hour on the way here, but you'll lose an hour on the way out. Even though'll we'll hate to see you go, we don't want you to miss your flight home!

Champaign - Willard Regional Aiport (CMI)

American and United Airlines will fly into the Champaign Regional Airport. The majority of flights will connect through Chicago O'Hare, but a handful will fly directly into Champaign.
