When should I RSVP by?

We need your RSVP by March 15th, 2025!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm (EST). We recommend you arrive by 5:00pm in order to give you time to find a seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking! The venue will have golf carts and shuttles on site to help transport between sites.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are getting married on Derby Day! Try to get flights booked early. The closest airports are Lexington (LEX) and Cincinnati (CVG).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically named on your invitation.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, wine, and signature cocktails at no charge!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are doing garden/cocktail attire! Wear dresses, floral prints, and sports coats in lighter hues (no jeans).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided off the property. The venue does have golf carts and shuttles to go between sites.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be most likely warm with a chance of rain. The ceremony will be outside, but the rest of the evening will be inside!
