How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please use the QR code or link provided in your invitation to RSVP for the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. By entering your first and last name, you will be able to view and respond for your entire party, including your guest (s).

What time should I arrive to the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

Arrival & Ceremony Timing Trolley Guests: You will be dropped off directly at the venue entrance. Independent Arrivals: Please arrive no later than 6:15 PM. Valet Service: For those driving, complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue entrance upon your arrival. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, at which time the doors will be closed to prevent interruptions. Late arrivals will be welcomed into the celebration at the start of the cocktail hour at 7:00 PM

Is there transportation provided?

A Wedding Trolley will provide transportation to the ceremony, departing from The W and The Element Hotels at 5:30 PM and 5:45 PM. For full details on boarding, return service, and to sign up for a specific time, please visit the Travel tab on our website (more details to come).

Is there parking available?

For those arriving independently, complimentary valet service is available at the venue. We kindly ask that you arrive by 6:15 PM to ensure a seamless start to the ceremony.

What should I wear?

We look forward to a dreamy evening of love and celebration! We invite our guests to embrace formal attire with romantic silhouettes and sophisticated evening wear to complement our summer celebration.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

For your comfort, both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors in a climate-controlled setting. We look forward to celebrating a beautiful, cool evening with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have carefully curated our guest list to stay within our venue’s capacity. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed in your party on the RSVP page. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you there!

Are children invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only affair. We hope you will join us for a sophisticated evening of celebration and enjoy a night off!

Will there be a meal choice?

Dinner selections will be made tableside on the evening of our celebration. Please rest assured that all dietary restrictions will be thoughtfully accommodated.

We can't wait to celebrate with you! Please arrive to the venue by 6:15pm. We will begin the ceremony by 6:30pm, followed by cocktail hour, dinner & speeches, and of course dancing! Please note if you're staying at one of the Wedding Hotels the venue is a 12 minute drive from Cescaphe Ballroom.
