Shuttle
November 12, 2022 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Transportation to and from Downtown Charlottesville and Early Mountain Vineyard (venue) will be provided for all wedding guests. The shuttle will pick-up and drop-off at the Residence Inn by Marriott Charlottesville Downtown and the Hilton Garden Inn Charlottesville. Guests are not required to stay at either hotel location in order to partake in the provided transportation. If you do choose to stay at a different hotel or Airbnb, we do recommend it be in Downtown Charlottesville for ease of access to the transportation. Early Mountain Vineyard has ample parking for guests that choose to drive directly to the venue.
Travel Note
Please make accommodations, as soon as you are able, upon receiving your invitation. UVA's 2nd biggest home football game is the same day as our wedding (must be good luck, right?) so rates will increase and availability will decrease in Charlottesville the closer we get to the date!
Flight
Our recommendation for all guests flying is to book a flight directly into Charlottesville, VA. Other airport options are RIC (1 hour away), DCA (2 hours away), and IAD (2 hours away)
Train
There is a Charlottesville Amtrak station for those guests opting to travel by train. The station address is 810 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903.
