It all started in the spring of 2017, during a lively spring break adventure in Washington, D.C. Both of us were there with friends, soaking up the city's energy, but fate had other plans for us. Introduced by mutual friends, we instantly hit it off and discovered a shared love for Afro beats and Soca music. We danced like no one was watching (though, let’s be honest, everyone probably was), and that was the beginning of something special. Our first date was filled with great conversation, laughter, and a memorable first kiss that sealed the deal. From there, we spent the next year courting each other, enjoying countless dates filled with music, fun, and, of course, delicious dinners. Whether it was exploring wineries, getting lost in museums, or marveling at aquariums, we were always finding new ways to make memories together. It wasn’t long before we decided to make it official under the Miami night lights, and our journey as a couple truly began. Fast forward to today, and not only are we partners in love but also in business! Simone brings dreams to life as a wedding proposal planner, while John captures those dreams through his lens as a photographer. Together, we create magic both in life and work. Even now, as an engaged couple, we still love planning creative dates—whether it’s a cozy dinner, a spontaneous trip, or a fun adventure—because for us, the journey is just as beautiful as the destination.
