Where can I book a room?

Answer

You can book a room on the resort's website. Click the "Check Availability" button and go from there!

Question

How long should I stay?

Answer

We recommend at least 3 days; otherwise, you can stay as many as you'd like. We will be staying 7 days, from the 16th to the 23rd. Wednesday to Wednesday.

Question

What are the best rates?

Answer

You have Booking.com and Expedia, just to name a few; however, you can lock in a rate through the resort website and feel free to keep rebooking it and cancelling the old one until you find a rate of your liking. We have found that the rates go up and down, usually at odd times of the day or week.

Which Airport should I fly to?

Answer

There are two airports. Cancun Airport or Tulum International Airport. The difference in distance to the resort is 26 minutes.

Question

How do I get a shuttle to the resort from the airport? and back?

Answer

Unfortunately, the resort relies on 3rd party shuttle companies for shuttle transport. AMSTAR shuttle service! Check out, amstardmc.com/transfers-service/

Question

Can I stay at a different resort or drive there for the wedding day?

Answer

Yes, you absolutely can. However, there will be a fee-of-entry for $125 and can only be on the premises during the wedding. Once the wedding is over, you must leave the resort.
