Parking lot address and rideshare drop off point is at
3724 Bill Robertson Lane, Los Angeles, CA 90037
Take exit Exposition Blvd off the 110 S. or Martin Luther King Jr Blvd off the 110 N. Then turn onto Bill Robertson Ln to enter the complementary VIP parking lot. Once you arrive, staff and signage will help guide you to the ceremony spot. Here is a google maps link to the parking lot:

SCHEDULE
5:30 PM: Parking lot opens
6:00 PM: Ceremony starts
7:00 PM: Cocktail hour
8:00 PM: Dinner (Buffet style)
8:30 PM: Speeches and dancing
Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony with a special viewing of an exhibit that has been curated for our special guests (you!). We will begin dinner (buffet style) followed by toasts, dancing, and joyful memories.
Reception ends at 11PM followed by an after party at the Hollywood Volume Hotel rooftop bar.
