When should I RSVP?

ASAP!! Those of you who have received 'in person' invites need to let us know if you will be choosing to attend virtually, in person, or not at all, so that we can open up that spot for someone else, if appropriate. Yes, you have the option of attending virtually via Zoom. Unfortunately, we cannot invite all the people we wanted to. Blame Covid. For those who will be attending virtually, we need to know if it will exceed our Zoom guest limit. It's highly unlikely that this will be an issue, but we still want to have something of an idea. It's going to be an epic event, so many will want to tune in from all over.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:45! The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. the Zoom viewing room will be open at 2:30, and the Zoom host will mute all participants at 5 minutes prior to beginning of ceremony. Please be on time. The entire event should not run over 90 minutes. It will be fun, action packed, endearing and not to be missed, so...don't miss it! The facilities are very close to the seating area, so please use before the event, if needed. **If you happen to arrive late, you will be seated after Queen has walked to meet her King, and you're not going to want to miss that!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Street parking is available in certain marked areas surrounding the theater. There are two parking structures within easy walking distance. The Farmer's Market might be going on, so please plan to get a spot early. There may be a parking lot directly behind, though there also could be construction, so showing up early and enjoying the market or an establishment off the square is encouraged, just as long as you are not late for the ceremony! Those who plan to enjoy lodging at The Madison Concourse will have additional parking options there.

We have not registered. For those who wish to give gifts, we ask that you put funds towards our future family plan. You can do this by check, cash, money order, Zelle, PayPal. We will forward links to those who RSVP to itmutzbelove@gmail.com
