Celebrate with us!

3rds of the month have become an important fixture in our life together. We decided to start our relationship on December 3rd, 2015, and we got engaged on September 3rd, 2022. September 3rd is also Simone's birthday! We couldn't pass up the opportunity to help Dan more easily remember these important dates. Having decided to get married on the same day as the New York City Marathon, we joked about leaning in to the theme: "Run, don't walk, to the Piermont this November," "Join Simone & Dan at the starting line," "Marriage isn't a sprint..." etc. To be clear, neither of us are runners. But upon reflection, our relationship has had a lot in common with a marathon! It's lasted a long time, and it's crossed long distances. It's required patience, perseverance, and pacing. It's grown and strengthened us, and it's exhilarating even when it's exhausting. We move forward together, step after step, and we'd love to have all of you cheering us on.
