To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and their pet, Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C. has placed the following policies applicable to our guests traveling with their dogs. Please read the below policies and sign where indicated: The hotel is not responsible for the safety and well-being of the pet and does not assume liability for a pet or its action while at the hotel The hotel requires the guest to be present or the pet appropriately crated for the hotel personnel to service the room. Disturbance by the pet may require relocation of the pet with or without the owner's presence. Please notify the front desk immediately if assistance is needed Please be advised that the guest is financially responsible for any damages caused to hotel property A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied to the final bill Four-Legged Guest Are Warmly Welcomed: Canine pets are welcome. Must weigh no more than 40 pounds. The deposit is due at the time of check-in and is nonrefundable. Guide dogs are free of charge. One small pet per room is allowed.
