Please ensure you let us know in advance. The reception will be a plated dinner. We will need confirmation as soon as possible, no later than 45 days (Wednesday, August 26) prior to the wedding date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to Smathers Beach no later than 4 PM on Saturday, October 10, 2026.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! We'd love for you to capture moments throughout our celebration. Please just make sure to share your photos with us! A QR code will be available at the reception to upload and share all photos & videos. We will share the link to ensure you have access to pictures too!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at Smathers Beach. While parking is limited throughout Key West, hotel shuttles and ride-share services are readily accessible, making transportation convenient for all our guests.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent in July 2026. Please RSVP by returning your card in the mail or by visiting our wedding website. Since we're planning a plated dinner, we need an accurate headcount to ensure everything runs smoothly. A card will be included with the invitation to select your 3-course meal.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block. Blue Flamingo has blocked rooms with group rates. However, there is a discount code you can use for any hotel of your choice. Simply go to the travel tab and search for your desired hotel.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your love and support mean everything to us. As this is a destination wedding, your presence is truly the greatest gift. For friends and family that would like to honor us with a gift, a card and honeymoon fund box will be available at the reception. If purchasing from our registry, we kindly ask that gifts be shipped directly to our home.

• Warm and tropical: mid-70s to mid-80s°F • Still part of hurricane season (June–Nov), but not constant storms • Expect humidity, quick rain showers (often pass fast), and plenty of sunshine in between. 👉 Tip: Pack light clothes + a rain layer

Yes, October is within hurricane season. • Most trips go on without issues, but: • Monitor forecasts before traveling • Consider travel insurance • Locals are well-prepared, and storms are usually tracked days in advance
