Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately, our venue is unsuitable for anyone under the age of 21. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

What is the attire?

Answer

Dress up! We are requesting a black-tie optional dress code which means floor-length gowns for women and dark colored suits or tuxedos for men.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at 4PM to make sure everyone is on time and that we can get the party started as scheduled! Please allow some extra time for Boston traffic.

Where is everything located?

Answer

We wanted our day to be as stress free for our guests as possible! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Alden Castle, an indoor venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes!

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is free street parking behind Alden Castle, as well as a parking garage adjacent to Alden which is charged by the hour. However, we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft or Taxi so you can enjoy the party (and the open bar)! The green line also stops directly in front of the venue.

Will you be providing transportation?

Answer

The bus will depart the W Hotel at 3:45 PM for guests. Return trips will be at 11:30 PM & 12:10 AM. (but we are happy to coordinate an earlier departure if you know ahead of time you will be leaving before 10:30). If you happen to miss the bus, there are plenty of Uber/Lyft's in the area!

Can I bring a date?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation/RSVP.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes, once our wedding concludes at 12am we will have a shuttle to bring our guests back to the W hotel for an afterparty at the hotel bar.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
